Sutomi, the Goddess of Storm is who Link invokes when he plays the Song of Storms, she really is not all that liked by many because she is the bringer of storms.

has no earthy form exept the storms she creates, sometimes when there are not storms needed in selected areas of hyrule some people can hear a woman singing. Sutomi's favorite places to sing are in Kakariko, near death mountain because no matter how much fire hates water she is peaceful and does not like to cause trouble, she likes to sing the "borelo of fire" for the gorons when she knows they are having a bad month. she goes to Lake Hylia and sings the serenade of water because she finds the zora interesting people, Some of the Kokiri have reported seeing a full grown woman wandering in the lost woods humming the tune of the forest. Sutomi trys to avoid the Hylians, she fears Din Nayru and Farore because she isnt related to any of the Gods of Hyrule. she is welcomed into the Gerudo Vallley because of the dry conditions, that she brings life giving rain. She has never had any contact with really anyone, even though she would rather talk to other gods and or mortals she avoids contact in worries of angering someone.
